FI-620®
Quantitative Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer
KEYU FI-620 is an advanced analyzer that measures antigen-antibody reactions with laser-induced signals using fluorescent microsphere markers. Designed for in vitro quantitative detection in clinical samples, this compact system combines laboratory precision with rapid testing practicality.
Key Features
- Low Sample Volume: Analysis with only 90 µL of sample
- Fast and Automated: Automatic recognition and LIS transfer when the reagent card is inserted
- High Linearity: High correlation coefficient across a wide dynamic range
- Compact Design: Fully equipped with a built-in monitor and thermal printer
Fluorescence Immunochromatography Principle
The system generates quantitative results through fluorescence intensity by using fluorescent microspheres as tracers. The sensor converts the fluorescence signal on the card into a photoelectric signal and calculates the concentration value within seconds.
Secure Reagent Management
Reagent cards can be safely stored at room temperature. After analysis, waste cards are automatically ejected from the side of the machine to maintain laboratory hygiene.
